Vanessa and Iain’s engagement session was rooted in meaning and memory, making it especially personal to capture. We began the shoot at La Luma Hair Salon, where they first met. This grounded the session in the place where their story began.

From there, we made our way to Kelso Park, the very spot where Iain proposed. The result was a dreamy, intentional collection of images that felt romantic, intimate, and completely true to them. By weaving together locations that hold real significance, the session became more than just photos. It became a visual reflection of their journey together. I can’t wait to continue telling their story and photograph their wedding this spring.
